Mr. Vishnu Kumar Ram is an enthusiastic and self-motivated Integrated Rural Development and Management professional having over 3 years of experience in Program Management, Capacity building especially in RMNCH+A ( Reproductive Maternal Child Health also inclusive of Adolescent Health ). He has worked with Care India in close association with Govt. of Bihar Health programs. He has completed Masters in Integrated Rural Development and Management and also completed Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (U.P). Vishnu is also excellent in leadership skills and organizing events related to community health. He is also very well versed Data analysis and monitoring. Community mobilization is one of the key qualities. He has also successfully completed certificate course in Public Health Practice from Gandhinagar Gujarat.
He has worked closely with various Organisations like Deshpande Foundation ( Ek Soch), Shramyogh, Ministry of Drinking water and Sanitation ( GoI )

Mr. Om Shakti is a well-organized accounting professional having experience working in a complex and challenging environment. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, Delhi. Om Shakti also has excellent interpersonal skills; adaptability is one of the key qualities. He has completed his Honour Diploma in Computer Application from NIT, Delhi.
He has worked closely in the field of accountancy and has experience of more than 3 years in Auditing, Tally Prime, GST, TDS, COMPUTEX and E-waybill. He has worked with various Organizations like Amazon, Design Art and Co., Anubha & Raman Chartered Accountants, Delhi.

Hari Darshan MishraProject Coordinator
Mr. Hari Darshan Mishra is an enthusiastic rural development professional having experience in implementing development projects and convergence with administration. He is a bronze medalist in PGDM Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies, Jabalpur M.P. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounts Hons.) from Kolhan University, Chaibasa, Jharkhand. Hari also has excellent interpersonal skills, and people management which is one of the key qualities. While leading the batch, he completed his certificate course in Management and soft skills from TISS, Mumbai. He has also done a certificate course in E-Commerce from Kolhan University.
He has worked closely with various Organizations like Bihar Rural livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEViKA), Sasan Power Limited, Singrauli M.P, a subsidiary of Reliance Power, HDFC CSR- PARIVARTAN in the field of livelihoods, Financial Inclusion, HNS and FPOs.

Preeti SinghProgram Officer 

Preeti Singh is an MBA professional with over 10 years of experience, mostly having worked in the microfinance and social development sectors. Over the past decade, Preeti’s contributions to numerous youth skilling programs and women empowerment initiatives, has demonstrated her steadfast commitment for driving positive change in the society.

Her passion for integrating technology with social welfare is evident through her hands-on involvement in diverse initiatives aimed at uplifting women and youth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Preeti’s dedication to her cause shines through in every aspect of her work, establishing her as a formidable advocate for positive social change.

Amrita SinghProgram Officer
Amrita Singh is a Social Science professional with more than nine years of experience. She did Masters in Environment & Development Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi and Graduation from Delhi University in Geography (Hons.). Areas of specialization includes health, gender, SHW, WASH (water, sanitation, health, and hygiene), sexual and reproductive rights, women, and adolescents along with advocacy and training.
She has worked with various organizations like JAGORI, SPUWAC (Special Police Unit for Women and Children), Ministry of Women and Child Development, DUSIB, DA, GIZ, WaterAid US, Plan International, EU, UNICEF, Asian Paint, Coco-Cola, Force and MARG.

Ramesh KDProgram Manager
International Exchange Alumnus, The US Presidential Volunteer Service Award’12 & Phi Theta Kappa recipient, UN Online Volunteer.
KD is a PG Diploma holder from the IGNOU in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He has worked across the development sector with organizations such as Deepalaya, Escorts Ltd, Kajaria Ceramics Ltd, and other NPOs in India, and with Highline College in the USA. He has 5 years of experience in Planning, Implementing & Monitoring CSR programs; Starting and growing community-based programs to support the holistic development of youths; Creating – Policies & SOP; Managing Donor relationships, and others. His interests range from volunteering to entrepreneurship, gardening, reading, teaching, mentoring, making a difference & DIY.

Vivek TiwariDirector
Vivek Tiwari, the founder of SATYA Shakti Foundation is one of the renowned veterans from Indian Microfinance Industry. He is the man behind laying the foundation of this philanthropic organization. Acquiring prolific experience of more than 20 years in microfinance sector to promote financial inclusion, social entrepreneurship, and impact investing, he is the MD, CIO & CEO of SATYA MicroCapital Ltd – one of the leading NBFC-MFIs across the nation. Apart from SATYA, Vivek also serves the Board of MFIN (Microfinance Institutions Network) – an association for microfinance sector in India as its Vice Chairperson. Till date he has supported more than 4 lakh entrepreneurs and has extended employment opportunities to around 7 lakh households in 27000 villages spread across 21 states of the country.
Vivek holds a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development & Management from the Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology, Allahabad and is also a certified professional of Concentration in Management Programme from Boulder Microfinance Training, Italy. He has been SATYA Shakti Foundation’s treasurer since its establishment and brings a wealth of financial expertise to Foundation’s operations. Vivek has also been recognized as Promising Entrepreneurs of India 2021 by The Economic Times.

Shikha SharmaDirector & CEO
Shikha Sharma is the honorable Director & CEO of SATYA Shakti Shakti Foundation. She is a social change pioneer, a visionary, and an inspiring leader. Shikha operates with sheer compassion and warmth towards the amelioration of all those associated with SATYA Shakti Foundation. She also handles much of what SATYA Shakti does as an organization with energy, poise, and a great sense of priorities as the driving force behind operations. Shikha devotes much of her time to being an approachable figure in the organization, continually prioritizing the welfare of staff, volunteers, and clients at the forefront of all she does. Shikha’s passion for community welfare grew when she became involved with an old age home and realised how much more could be done in the name of humanity.
Shikha is a dual post-graduate in HR & Operations from Institute of Management Technology. Shikha has over 20 years of copious experience in the banking industry and is skilled in the whole life cycle of talent acquisition (across Pan India), across different verticals and from senior to middle profiles. Her strength is development & maintenance of Client & Candidate relationships. She has good experience in Training and Developement at various levels in different organisations. Prior to SATYA Shakti Foundation, Shikha has served the board of Subhlakshmi Finance Pvt. Ltd as an Independent Director and Strategic Advisor. She has also worked with renowned organizations like Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd., ICICI Bank, and ART Affordable Housing Finance (India) Ltd.

Dr. Ratnesh TiwariDirector 

Dr. Ratnesh Tiwari, an engineering postgraduate with a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, has more than 10 years of experience in sustainability space and is deeply committed to social outreach, creating a positive social impact and a passionate advocate for social outreach, dedicated to making a lasting social impact and fostering rural development. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities, he actively engages in initiatives that promote inclusivity, education, and sustainable growth.
Driven by his belief in the transformative power of technology, Dr. Tiwari utilizes his expertise in emerging technologies to design innovative solutions that address social inequalities. He envisions a world where technological advancements serve as catalysts for positive change, empowering individuals and communities to thrive.

 

Harsh SrivastavaIndependent DirectorHarsh is a public policy expert who has worked for 26 years across governments, businesses, industry bodies, media, and civil society. Across these roles, he has demonstrated leadership; developed strategy; effectively advocated for industries and companies; improved governance of institutions; managed crises; contributed to public policy; and, mastered public relations and communications. Harsh has represented microfinance with the RBI, Union and State governments, and with analysts and investors. Harsh has been the CEO of MFIN (Microfinance Institutions Network), which is the self-regulatory organization of all microfinance providers in India. He has held senior posts in Srei Infrastructure Finance, Feedback Infra, Reliance Capital, Feedback Ventures, and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry). Apart from SATYA Shakti Foundation, Harsh is also an independent director on the board of Ambition Financial Services, Rabbit Innovations (a fintech startup), and India Center Foundation. He was on the board of MUDRA and was a member of the Financial Inclusion Advisory Committee of the Reserve Bank of India and of the Working Group of the MSME Ministry to review the MSME Act. He was also a member of an advisory committee constitute by the National Commission of Scheduled Castes, and the board of the Meghalaya Institute of Governance. Harsh is a member of the Responsible Leaders Network of the BMW Foundation.
